The Culinary Centre, in the second week of February organised co-curricular activities for the students of class 7th providing hands-on practice in basic baking and pie making. The students learnt basic skills in creaming, folding and baking and also enhanced their basic understanding in the use of leavening agents and the art of making shortbread, choco chips cupcakes, apple pie. As an icing on the cake, the students learnt to pipe and decorate cupcakes.
