Goan cuisine is a delicious mélange of spicy flavours and depth. Rice, seafood, coconut, vegetables and local spices are the main ingredients of this cuisine.The staple food of Goa includes rice and most of the dishes incorporate coconuts. To celebrate Goan cuisine the students of std 3 celebrated Goa Day on 14-2-23. Students displayed authentic Goan cuisine by bringing in various delicacies prepared with rice and/or coconuts. By speaking about the dishes, the cooking process, the nutritional value, students understood the importance of preserving the rich Goan delicacies.
